Speedweek Oschersleben (EWC) Race RC390 cup 2016

In my qualifying my bike gived up, had no more power in the engine and the bike just turn off.

I got a 36th place of 40 in my classification, I’ve checked my bike and have replaced the fuel filter this was probably the problem..
In the race unfortunately I had a bad start I started a little later but was able to overtake some riders in the first corner unfortunately it was quite crowded to overtake so the fast group hooked away quickly.

Out of nowhere we had a little rain really unexpected i was really more faster and have overtake some riders unfortunately the little rain stopped the track was dry again and was overtaken again..
I still finished 25th it was a nice race, I did my best in this difficult battle!

It was also a nice experience to see up close EWC (Endurance World Championship) 8 Hours of Oschersleben, my next race is in Germany at circuit Hockenheim in 23-25th of September it would be my first time on this track, it is the event IDM (International German Championship)

Thanks to Evans Coolants for cooling my bike! was definitely needed this weekend.

It’s almost time the racing season begins next month, my first race day starts 19th of March at Circuit d’Alcarràs .

Of course I’m not inactive during this period, every day I’m looking for new sponsors which is very difficult for me to get.. I’m using different methods to get a new sponsorship and of course to keep my current sponsors intrested..

By example to get a new sponsorship, is getting into the media a news report in a newspaper and on the online news websites..

An example in order also to maintain current sponsors i will get in a magazine not just in a magazine but also on the frontcover!

So if you see I’m doing a lot to get a sponsorship I contact different companies almost every day, always I get the answer NO, do not sponsor, no budget or already sponsor etc….

But we do not give up!

I keep trying every single day again, also finding other solutions to still get into a new sponsorship..

You also can help me!

You can’t sponsor me but maybe you know people in your network ask them if they are intrested to help me out this season perhaps they can’t help me financial but maybe they can offer something different to help me out this season? (spread my word!)

I still believe everything is possible.

Today begins, tomorrow continues, and it never ends until i reach my goal.

I want to thank everyone who helped me and who will help me, any help brings me closer to my goals.

Training at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben with organization Racing Academy GmbH

We started with a rain session..
I increased my speed and was faster than the moto3 riders with rain tires
So I had tried to brake later but unfortunately, that was not a good idea my front tire slipped away and i crashed with my bike..

Had not suffered much damage so i had fix my bike to ride again.

It began to dry so i could ride well without much slipping 😛

Got some good tips from Joey Litjens, so i’ve been working on it and was getting better
So was my best time 1:53

Next day training with organization Bike Promotion

The sun began to shine and had good grip, I have improved my weak points and improved my time to 1:50 i was happy with it..

After the session I wanted to try to take a turn with a full throttle but unfortunately I came too wide and come outside the track with very high speed there was no gravel but only grass I could not brake hard on the grass and saw the wall tires already come closer I have therefore decided to brake harder so i wont crash against the wall my front tire slipped off and landed hard on my left hand I had problems with my left hand and knew very quickly that it was not good.

After the X-ray was found that my metacarpal has been broken.
It’s like Miguel Oliveira and i have bad luck in Germany Miguel also had a fracture during free practice 1 for the German GP.

I left Oschersleben with a broken metacarpal but I certainly learned a lot i thank Joey Litjes and organization Racing Academy GmbH for this good day.
